1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of CRM Services LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

CRM Services LLC provides professional remodeling, repair, and property management services in Southwest Washington. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Home remodeling and renovation
  • Repair services for residential properties
  • Property management vendor services
  • Realtor partnership services
  • Multi-trade contracting services

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by CRM Services LLC are:

  • Valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified
  • Subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances or changes in scope
  • Provided in good faith based on available information at the time
  • Not a final invoice until work is completed and approved

Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during work, changes requested by the client, or unforeseen complications.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Progress payments may be requested for larger projects
  • Final payment is due upon completion of work
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges
  • We accept various payment methods including check, cash, and major credit cards

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to honor all scheduled appointments. However:

  • Schedules may be subject to change due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances
  • We will provide advance notice of any schedule changes when possible
  • Clients should provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible
  • Repeated cancellations may result in cancellation fees or service refusal

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with appropriate warranties on labor and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing for each project. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the project and property
  • Ensuring safe access to work areas
  • Removing or protecting valuable items in work areas
  • Obtaining necessary permissions from landlords or HOAs if applicable
  • Maintaining clear communication throughout the project

8. Limitation of Liability

CRM Services LLC carries appropriate insurance and licensing. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve issues amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of Washington State and the jurisdiction of Clark County courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Licensing and Compliance

CRM Services LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our contractor license number is CRMSESL844MK. We comply with all applicable state and local regulations.
