We visit your property to assess the existing structure, foundation, roof configuration, and lot constraints. We discuss your goals, budget, and timeline, and determine what's feasible within Clark County's zoning and building codes.
We develop detailed plans including structural engineering, foundation design, electrical and plumbing layouts, and finish specifications. For additions, this phase often involves a structural engineer to ensure proper load transfer between the existing home and the new construction.
CRM Services handles the full permitting process with Clark County. For additions, this includes building permits, structural plan review, and coordination with any required inspections. We don't start construction until all permits are approved and posted.
Our team manages the full build: foundation, framing, roofing, exterior weatherproofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, flooring, and finish carpentry. We coordinate all inspections required by Clark County throughout the build process.
After passing all required Clark County inspections, we conduct a detailed walkthrough with you. Every system is tested, every finish is inspected, and any punch-list items are resolved before the project is considered complete.

We recently had a major bathroom remodel by CRM Services and the result is beautiful. The remodel included replacing old rotted floor boards due to water seepage. The floor is now nice and sturdy with beautiful new vinyl flooring over the top. A new bathtub and sink were installed to add the finishing touch. In spite of this being a major project it was completed within only one week. The entire crew were very kind and respectful. They even mopped up as they finished, leaving everything nice and clean. I would definitely call on them again.

We decided it was time to sell our home so we could begin to move in the direction of our goals. When you've lived in your wonderful home for almost 15yrs and have taken good care of it there may still be some things that need attention. In order to present a close to spotless home to potential buyers my realtor recommended we do a pre-inspection just to see what might need tidying up. John Torres and his team we're amazing to work with. Open communication, know how, quality work, on time, and super pleasant. He has amazing communication skills, very clear quotes/estimates in repair costs, and provides updates of work being done with pictures and clear descriptions.
