CRM handles the full scope: subfloor assessment and repair, moisture testing, material selection guidance, professional installation, and trim work. We don't subcontract flooring — our crew does the work, which means consistent quality and accountability from demo to final walkthrough.

All pricing includes installation labor and standard materials. Subfloor repair, if needed, is quoted separately after assessment.
We measure the space, check subfloor condition, test for moisture, and discuss material options based on your needs and budget.
You receive a detailed estimate with material and labor costs broken out. We recommend products based on traffic, moisture exposure, and longevity.
We remove existing flooring, repair or level the subfloor as needed, and install moisture barriers where required.
Our crew installs the flooring, transitions, and trim. We work room-by-room to minimize disruption to your household.
We walk through every room with you, address any concerns, and leave the space clean and ready to use.

We recently had a major bathroom remodel by CRM Services and the result is beautiful. The remodel included replacing old rotted floor boards due to water seepage. The floor is now nice and sturdy with beautiful new vinyl flooring over the top. A new bathtub and sink were installed to add the finishing touch. In spite of this being a major project it was completed within only one week. The entire crew were very kind and respectful. They even mopped up as they finished, leaving everything nice and clean. I would definitely call on them again.

We decided it was time to sell our home so we could begin to move in the direction of our goals. When you've lived in your wonderful home for almost 15yrs and have taken good care of it there may still be some things that need attention. In order to present a close to spotless home to potential buyers my realtor recommended we do a pre-inspection just to see what might need tidying up. John Torres and his team we're amazing to work with. Open communication, know how, quality work, on time, and super pleasant. He has amazing communication skills, very clear quotes/estimates in repair costs, and provides updates of work being done with pictures and clear descriptions. John also looks at what makes economic sense but also considers quality products. I wish all contractors would have the same work ethic that he upholds.
