Our minimum service call covers the first hour — most small repairs are completed in that visit. For larger punch lists, we provide project-based pricing so you know the total cost upfront.

We visit the property to assess the scope, confirm materials needed, and provide a clear estimate. For simple repairs, we often complete the work during this visit.
Small items are handled immediately. Larger projects are scheduled at your convenience. We bring materials and tools — no wasted trips.
You receive a detailed, line-item invoice showing exactly what was done, time spent, and materials used. No vague lump-sum bills.

We recently had a major bathroom remodel by CRM Services and the result is beautiful. The remodel included replacing old rotted floor boards due to water seepage. The floor is now nice and sturdy with beautiful new vinyl flooring over the top. A new bathtub and sink were installed to add the finishing touch. In spite of this being a major project it was completed within only one week. The entire crew were very kind and respectful. They even mopped up as they finished, leaving everything nice and clean. I would definitely call on them again.

We decided it was time to sell our home so we could begin to move in the direction of our goals. When you've lived in your wonderful home for almost 15yrs and have taken good care of it there may still be some things that need attention. In order to present a close to spotless home to potential buyers my realtor recommended we do a pre-inspection just to see what might need tidying up. John Torres and his team we're amazing to work with. Open communication, know how, quality work, on time, and super pleasant.
