CRM Services provides full-service residential painting across Vancouver, WA and Clark County — interior walls and ceilings, exterior siding and trim, cabinet refinishing, and deck staining. We handle all prep work including drywall repair, texture matching, caulking, sanding, and priming. Our crew has 30+ years of experience and understands that paint is only as good as the surface underneath it.
Exterior painting in the Pacific Northwest is not the same as painting in a dry climate. Vancouver's constant moisture, rain, and temperature swings mean material selection matters. We use premium exterior paints with mildew-resistant formulations, ensure proper surface prep to prevent peeling, and pay attention to the details that make exterior paint last — caulking joints, priming bare wood, and painting in the right weather window. Interior work follows the same standard: thorough prep, clean lines, and finishes that hold up to daily life.

All estimates include prep, primer, paint, and labor. We use premium paints from Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore.
We assess the surfaces, discuss your color preferences, and provide a detailed written estimate. We bring color samples and can recommend palettes that work for your space.
This is where the quality happens. We repair drywall damage, fill nail holes, sand rough spots, caulk gaps, and prime as needed. Exterior prep includes pressure washing, scraping, and caulking.
We cover floors, furniture, fixtures, and landscaping. Clean edges come from clean masking — we don't rush this step.
We apply primer where needed and two coats of finish paint. Brushwork on trim, rolling on walls, spraying where appropriate. Every surface gets the right technique.
We walk through every room with you under good lighting, address any touch-ups, and leave your home clean. We leave the remaining paint for future touch-ups.

We recently had a major bathroom remodel by CRM Services and the result is beautiful. The remodel included replacing old rotted floor boards due to water seepage. The floor is now nice and sturdy with beautiful new vinyl flooring over the top. A new bathtub and sink were installed to add the finishing touch. In spite of this being a major project it was completed within only one week. The entire crew were very kind and respectful. They even mopped up as they finished, leaving everything nice and clean. I would definitely call on them again.

I actually had called another contractor before John But they left the house a mess, and we decided to try another company. I am so lucky we found John. He took care of everything. I asked, even pointed out a few things. His guys could take care of quick and easy. I felt like the amount I was charged was less than I expected, and was definitely fair and reasonable. CRM was referred to me by the realtor I hired to sell my mom's duplex after she died. Before selling, both units required a door to be removed from the common wall and the doorway to be sheet rocked, textured, painted and new baseboards. CRM showed up to look at the job the very day I called. They explained exactly what steps were necessary and gave me a detailed estimate that was fair and reasonable. They were professional, experienced, and confident and also willing to accommodate my scheduling needs. They started and finished exactly when they said, did a flawless job in both units, cleaned up and gave me no surprises. I highly recommend this company for your construction project.

We decided it was time to sell our home so we could begin to move in the direction of our goals. When you've lived in your wonderful home for almost 15yrs and have taken good care of it there may still be some things that need attention. In order to present a close to spotless home to potential buyers my realtor recommended we do a pre-inspection just to see what might need tidying up. I got a quote right away for an interior paint job and was blown away by the speed and great job that was done! I then asked for an exterior quote, which I also got right away. Which is the reason for 4 stars and not 5. Only because of the weather conditions in Washington, I had to wait a few months rather than a few weeks. John has been very responsive and I am very pleased with the painting they've done for my rental property. It was a godsend finding this company, as I live in Hawaii, so communication is very important. It was a pleasure working with John and using CRM services!
