CRM Services installs the smart home infrastructure that actually lasts: hardwired smart switches, structured Cat6 wiring, whole-home leak detection with automatic shutoff, humidity-sensing ventilation, permanent LED exterior lighting, and the pre-wiring that makes future upgrades an afternoon project instead of a demolition job. We serve homeowners, rental owners, and property managers across Vancouver, WA and Clark County.
Our philosophy is different from the typical smart home installer: we don't sell you a proprietary automation platform with a service contract. We build platform-agnostic infrastructure — the wiring, conduit, dedicated circuits, and hardwired devices — so you can use whatever ecosystem you prefer (Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, or Home Assistant) and swap endpoints as technology improves. The walls-open moment of a remodel is the cheapest time to do this work, which is why smart home scope pairs naturally with our kitchen, bathroom, and addition projects — but we also take on standalone installations like leak detection systems and permanent LED lighting.
Where scope requires new circuits or panel work, Washington's specialty licensing rules apply — we schedule and contract that electrical work through trusted licensed partners under our project management, the same way we run our remodels. Ranges reflect typical Vancouver-area projects and include installation. Pre-wiring is dramatically cheaper during a remodel while walls are open — ask about smart home scope during any kitchen, bathroom, or addition estimate.
We walk your home (or your remodel plans), talk through how you actually live — work-from-home needs, security concerns, rental turnover pain points — and identify which infrastructure earns its cost and which trends to skip.
You get a line-item estimate separating infrastructure (wiring, conduit, circuits) from endpoints (switches, sensors, devices), so you can phase the spend. If the work rides along with a remodel, it's integrated into the project schedule.
Cat6 runs, low-voltage cable, conduit to camera locations, C-wire for the thermostat, and dedicated circuits — installed while walls are open. New-circuit and panel work is performed by our licensed electrical partners under our scheduling and oversight.
Switches, leak detection, thermostats, fans, and lighting installed, connected to your platform of choice, and tested. We configure automatic shutoff thresholds on leak systems and program permanent LED presets before we leave.
We label the wiring panel, document what's installed where, and walk you through everything. You own the system — no service contract, no proprietary lock-in, and a clear map for whoever upgrades it in ten years.

We recently had a major bathroom remodel by CRM Services and the result is beautiful. The remodel included replacing old rotted floor boards due to water seepage. The floor is now nice and sturdy with beautiful new vinyl flooring over the top. A new bathtub and sink were installed to add the finishing touch. In spite of this being a major project it was completed within only one week. The entire crew were very kind and respectful. They even mopped up as they finished, leaving everything nice and clean. I would definitely call on them again.

We decided it was time to sell our home so we could begin to move in the direction of our goals. When you've lived in your wonderful home for almost 15yrs and have taken good care of it there may still be some things that need attention. In order to present a close to spotless home to potential buyers my realtor recommended we do a pre-inspection just to see what might need tidying up. He has amazing communication skills, very clear quotes/estimates in repair costs, and provides updates of work being done with pictures and clear descriptions.
